Towing is in effect.  
We are enforcing the Towing in our community.  Effective immediately any and all cars parked on the street between midnight and 6am are subject to towing.  Illegally parked cars will be towed at owner's expenses.  Please do not park your cars on the street or in common areas.  We have contracted with J&J towing and they will make their rounds between 12am and 6am.  If your car got towed call J&J towing at 954-972-0855.  They are located at 5613 NW 8th St, Margate, FL 33063

Community Alert !!!
Recently we see an uptick on vendor soliciting.  In order to discourage this activity, it is better not to engage with them.  Try to take a picture and send it to us to post it on the Website.  Also if you have a Doorbell Camera, you can simply ignore them.  Report any harassment by the vendors with their company information. This will help us to put a stop to it.
